Responsibility for confirming that a part is approved for a specific aircraft and installation rests with the operator.

3. Orders and quotations

An order is formed when we accept it in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. Conditions of purchase issued by the buyer do not override these terms unless expressly agreed in writing by us.

4. Price, payment and delivery

Prices are not published on this website. Part numbers, availability indications and lead times are shown for identification and planning only; price, payment terms, delivery terms and routing are set out in a written quotation issued for the specific request.

Delivery dates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

5. Inspection, returns and claims

Parts must be inspected on receipt. Discrepancies between the documents and the articles delivered must be notified promptly and in writing, and the article must be preserved for inspection.

6. Warranty and limitation of liability

Warranty and liability provisions are as stated in the quotation and, where applicable, as provided by the original manufacturer. The contracting entity's standard terms of sale govern in full.

7. Export compliance and sanctions

Products may be subject to export control and sanctions regulations. The buyer is responsible for compliance with the regulations applicable to the import, re-export or transfer of the goods.

8. Intellectual property and trademarks

All OEM names, part numbers and trademarks referred to on this website are used for identification and cross-reference purposes only. They do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the respective manufacturers.

9. Governing law

10. Website data, crawling and reuse

The part number directory, cross-reference data, descriptive text and page structure published on this website are provided for the reference of individual buyers evaluating a purchase. Systematic or automated collection of the directory as a whole — including bulk crawling, scraping, harvesting for training or assembling a competing database — is not permitted.

Reasonable indexing by general-purpose search engines, so that individual part numbers and pages can be found by buyers, is welcome. Bulk extraction is not.

We may apply rate limits, block automated clients and embed non-visible markers in the published data in order to detect and evidence misuse. Persistent misuse may be pursued as an infringement of our database and contractual rights, and we reserve the right to restrict access without notice.

Short quotations of individual entries with attribution and a link back to the source page are acceptable. Republication of the directory, in whole or in substantial part, is not.
