We also receive standard technical information generated by your browser, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, where this is recorded by our hosting provider.

Why we hold it

Enquiry information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, and maintain the commercial record of the transaction. Technical information is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and transaction records are retained for as long as required for commercial, accounting and regulatory purposes. Information no longer required is deleted.

Sharing

We share information only where necessary to fulfil your request — for example, with a manufacturer or logistics provider involved in supplying the part — or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests can be sent to the address below. Where local law provides additional rights, those apply.
